Clever, is a graffitti artist from D.E.F. (Doin' Everything Fresh). He likes to piece up at all the Graffitti yards. His favorite is the famous Belmont tunnel.

Nancy, is Veronica's 17 year-old play-cousin. She has a crush on Sneaky, but she plays hard to get. All the Locsters call her Big-Booty Nancy.

Sneaky, is 18 years old. He likes to kick-it with the other Locsters in his hood. His mom worries about him when he's out late. Somehow trouble, (not the dog) seems to follow him around.

Rocky, is... I don't know how old, and come to think about it, I don't even know how he got to our hood. You don't see his breed around here too much. Nancy and Vero like him better than all the other dawgs around the hood.
